What began as a specialist area within Vogt Spezialdruck GmbH is now one of Germany's most powerful card manufacturers in the non-secure segment. Well-known companies such as ADAC, Deutsche Bahn, ARAL, and the Swiss Federal Railways (SBB) trust our production in Hessisch Lichtenau.
Our machinery in Hessisch Lichtenau covers the entire production process, from offset and digital printing to laminating, finishing, and packaging. Each machine is regularly maintained and calibrated to ensure we deliver reproducible results at a consistently high standard.
Every card undergoes a defined production process with integrated quality control, from pre-press to delivery.
Your print data will be checked, prepared for the production process, and released as a colour-accurate proof according to FOGRA 39.
PVC bends are printed in UV offset with up to 8 colours. For small print runs and variable data, we use HP Indigo digital printing.
The individual film layers are precisely registered and laminated into a stable card using heat, pressure, and cooling.
Sensor-controlled punching machines separate the individual cards from the laminated sheet, precisely to ISO 7810 format.
Hot foil stamping, holograms, magnetic stripes, RFID encoding or personalisation by inkjet and laser.
The adhesion, torsion, flexibility, card thickness, and colour values are tested according to ISO 7810 and ISO 10373.
Quality for us is not a promise, but a documented process. Our certified quality management in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 ensures repeatable, traceable procedures, from prepress according to DIN ISO 12647-2 to the finished card according to ISO 7810.
Throughout the entire production cycle, card thickness, colour values, composite adhesion and dimensional stability are repeatedly checked. In case of deviations, defined correction processes are implemented before a batch leaves the factory.
We conduct regular audits to measurably achieve our environmental objectives: reduced energy consumption, improved CO2 footprint, more efficient use of materials. As a member of the climate initiative of the printing and media associations, we offer climate-neutral printing, where CO2 emissions per order are determined according to internationally recognised standards and offset through certified climate protection projects.
