We produce the full spectrum of contactless and contact card technologies: RFID and NFC to ISO 14443 (13.56 MHz) with chips such as Mifare Classic, Mifare DESFire EV2/EV3, NTAG, and ICODE SLI. Additionally, contact chip cards to ISO 7816 (SLE 4428, SLE 4442, EMV), magnetic stripes in HiCo and LoCo (ISO 7811), barcode/QR code, as well as Combi Cards with dual-interface technology.
We already produce from 100 units and deliver up to millions of copies. Up to 800,000 cards leave our production facility in Hessisch Lichtenau every day.
All cards are produced at our plant in Hessisch Lichtenau (Hesse, Im Tal 10, 37235), in the heart of Germany, ensuring short delivery routes within the EU. We belong to the Vogt Spezialdruck Group and have been producing in Germany for over 25 years.
Yes, we encode RFID and NFC chips in-house and deliver cards ready for use in your system. We are familiar with the standards for common access and locking systems (SALTO, Gantner, SimonsVoss, HID, LEGIC), payment systems, and time recording solutions, and we will coordinate the encoding with your system provider before production begins.
Standard orders are usually dispatched within 5 to 7 working days after print approval. For more complex cards with finishes, encoding or special formats, we allow 2 to 4 weeks depending on the scope. Express production is available on request.
Yes, with our EcoLine, we offer cards made from alternative materials such as grass card, recycled PET, and wood. We have been involved with sustainable printing processes, CO2-reduced production, and materials with FSC certification for years.
